It is not always easy to choose the optimal garment for our little ones. Is the child too warm or even too cold? Thank God wool is temperature balancing. The fishermen on Rügen say, “What is good against the cold is also good against the heat!” By this they mean that the wool sweaters and socks they wear provide optimal climate control. In order to make this advantage accessible to our smallest ones, we offer our children’s sleeping bag Ströpsken. In the two small sizes it has a detachable bib, which absorbs dirt from burping or feeding. This is where our fluffy whale can shine with its odorless and dirt-repellent properties. On bitterly cold days or in the stroller, sleeves can be buttoned on. The zipper is attached to the side, so that the little Ströpsken can lie quietly during the nightly change and from the action only little notices.

What’s inside?
Our quilted collection contains an outer fabric made of cotton (organic), woven and dyed for us in Germany. It is compostable hydrophobic, which means water repellent. The padding is made of pure new wool from endangered German land sheep breeds. The cozy lining is made of a fiber-dense cotton fabric, which of course also comes from Germany.
