SO THAT’S HOW IT GOES
As connoisseurs of the region and friends of regional products, we ourselves have helped develop many projects. Always in search of the special pleasure experience, one day the idea arose to use our local juniper as the basis for a unique MÜRITZ GIN. Once a year in February, the juniper heath is cut back in a controlled manner under the direction of the Müritz National Park Authority by the employees of the “Müritzhof” landscape management and volunteer conservationists, so that the extremely rare plants growing there are not displaced.
In this way, a historic cultural landscape can be sustainably protected, which can be authentically tasted and enjoyed with MÜRITZ GIN.
