I am Lorenzo Chelucci, born in Florence and living with my family in Tyrol since 2002.
In 2016 I fulfilled my heart’s desire with Fundamentum to pass on my experience with good, traditional Italian cuisine to customers: I offer an exquisite selection of Italian delicatessen of the highest quality, cooking classes in small groups and private and corporate catering.
For the love of Italian food
My passion for good Italian food was laid in my cradle and developed in the “culinary parental home” as if by itself. My parents – father a trained chef and mother a gifted family cook – transformed our home into a place of wonderfully tasty food. My culinary tradition is based on a balanced, healthy and enjoyable traditional cuisine.

In search of premium products, I regularly travel to my native Tuscany. The trips take me to quaint Italian farms, food producers and small wineries that grow and produce according to traditional, organic or biodynamic methods.
All premium delicacies, the olive oil, the antipasti, such as artichokes or olives, the wines and biodynamic wines from the region of Chianti and Morellino or the handmade pasta, cheese and parmesan, come directly from farms of Italian farmers or a cooperative of small farmers with five to ten hectares of cultivation. The producers use the latest technologies to produce healthy and authentic products. The quality of the organic products is proven by strict controls, certifications and awards.
